Okay, I’m confused about why this a big deal to you. Justia.com is a commercial site not a government site. The SCOTUS isn’t involved with and doesn’t oversee Justia.com. It’s late - what am I missing?

Justia is sort of like Google is for internet searches. It is a site for attornies to do research, find dockets etc. I would imagine it is used a LOT when researching case law, it beats the heck out of researching in a huge law library. That it is being scrubbed is abhorrent. It would be like google censoring refrences to foxnews or something.
