What you think of as the "best we can get" includes: the super committee of whores 3 Demon senators, 3 spineless RINO senators, 3 Demon House politburo members, 3 GOP rank whores, all crawling on their bellies begging for money almighty from the interests and choice committee assignments to destroy our nation for cash. 2/3 vote of each house to override whatever tyranny the gang of 12 want??? NO SENATE filibuster to accommodate Reid (he may actually live to regret that one on money at least after his majority is destroyed but count on the RINO senators to bail out Reid). There is one party posing as two and doing the same old Kabuki Dance over and over to gull the suckers. Of course, the Demonrats still get to filibuster against gun rights, specific weapons programs, babies, marriage and the really important issues and to protect truly vital programs like funding ACORN and Comrade O's re-election so he can destroy SCOTUS. Half of all "cuts" must come from defense's 20-25% of the budget (and will be real and cut into muscle) and half from domestic primarily NOT programs propping up the urban proles, but touch not a hair of the heads of the trust fund babies or the welfare drones. Republican "leaders" (painted tainted old madames) REQUIRE the rank and file to piss all over their constituents and their promises to same OR ELSE in order to geld the Tea Party.
