One thing I have learned about those that I like is that SW bought Thompson and they are using a progressive rifling twist that Thompson patented.
It starts 7 in 1 and progresses to 8 in 1 twist

No I was the moron who bought it for $999 or &1099 at the height of 0bamascare, cant remember. The EOTech and ammo was in there around $1650 in toto. Dave IIRC got his for that. Nice gun though...
Only thing I don’t like is the cheap plastic handle. It’s slippery and could use some rubber grips.

They have been selling for $640 IF and thats a BIG “IF” you can get one.
I hate that you got the high end of the market, but I am glad you got a good gun.
