The headline is confusing and wrong. One: It’s “Admiral” Mullen.
Two: Get YOUR facts right, and learn to tie your own shoelaces tight because your sloppy mess of a reply tells me you aren’t to do that unless you really work on it.
Three: I missed the part where Obama ordered Mullen, or Mullen said Obama ordered him. So let me repeat my first question to you: “What order was given?” If you don’t know say so.
