He was invited to give a speech on state-federal relations.(I would guess 10th amendment issues)
I seriously doubt he was privy to their minutes or agenda.
The biggest issue of his visit was a possible violation of the Logan Act. He claimed he used unused campaign monies to finance the trip.
Nothing came from it.
No doubt there's is a conspiracy to create a NWO (has been forever) but, maybe these folks just wanted to know how the leader of the 15th largest economy on Earth, thinks.
It remains to be seen whether there's a connection between Perry and the world's Elite. If he become POTUS, we'll know more.
Not that the will of the people matters any more to the ruling elite . . .
or to SElections . . . but I’d think that after he became POTUS
would be quite plenty late.
