Exactly - but IMO, they have to throw in the BBA to seal the deal. The commies will figure out a way to demonize it at the state level - especially if they win the WH in 2012
Most definitely, but that's where the discussion should take place...at the state level. As it should ultimately be with many of these discussion IMO.

If that happens we will be looking to Haiti for aid. Need to see what states survive and break away from the Union to determine where to move.
