The children aren’t responsible for their situation.
The taxpayers aren't either.
Obviously their parents aren’t responsible either, so let’s give them to parents that are responsible.
I work with St. Vincent de Paul society in our area as well as other private charitable groups so I’m far from heartless. Leaving children in a situation like that is not charitable.
