Try actually reading the 14th Admendment Senator. Any sane judge would laugh in your face if you tried to use this Amendment to justify raising the Debt Limit

Remember, Harkin is FOB. This is possibly a bait offering to bottom feeder Hussein and WH shysters.

One more extra constitutional illegal move by this president may push the SC to "weigh in" - making Obama look like an even bigger tinpot wannabe community organizing race hustler in chief.

Curious why little Tommy Harkin of all people would say this.

What a J@ckass. The 14th is what will be used for impeachment if the democrats don’t make the debt interest payments. That’s what the debt reference is there for. It says the debt cannot be ignored, not the spending.
