Why should he be sleeping when everyone else in Congress is working day AND night to resolve a very serious issue he could have averted months ago? He says being the president is hard work and now, boo hoo, he isn’t getting any nap time in. Don’t worry, honey child, we will make sure you have plenty of time to sleep after January, 2013. Then you can plan your time around reading speeches off teleprompters, having other folks write your memoirs and work on the serious stuff like your golf game.
Stop with the dramatics and looking for sympathy, Valerie. Some don’t have beds, some don’t have a place to put a bed, some are too hungry to sleep, and far too many are being robbed by those thieves who prowl around ‘in the night’ planning their next scheme to obtain more.
Poor baby. He really needs his sleep before he burns $750,00 worth of taxpayer purchased jet fuel to Sh*tcago for his $38,000/couple birthday concert and dinner, and then on to martha’s Vineyard for his 72nd vaca this year!
I thought it was only me. We are close to the same age, I’m 52. DH retired early due to the mess on the horizon. Financial stress is a heavy thing.
I try to be happy, but I cannot totally snap out of it. Those of us between 50 and 65 are in a very rough spot, and that big baby in the White House isn’t helping.

Exactly well-put. It’s ALWAYS about him. Never mind the countless Americans who have been looking for jobs over a year, wondering how they’ll feed their families and pay their bills. Obambi can’t sleep because he’s not able just to do what he wants, like the dictator at heart that he is. There has never been a man less deserving of that office than this self-absorbed, Godless narcissist.
But God—the real “One”—is still sovereign. What is impossible, like taking care of our nation, for a mere man like Obambi is not impossible for the Great “I Am.”
