I would just be guessing but a mass firing with any and all agency rehiring ban of, oh, a third of "all of the above" focusing on a total flush of their upper management could have a "positive effect."

Kevin O'Reilly, a top level staffer at the White House, knows "who" ~ and the sooner he advises Issa the more likely he is to make it through this critical point alive.

Right now I'd usually be checking out the "safe houses" around here, but their owners cashed in before the housing crash 3 years back so I have no idea where they've arranged for the replacements.

Which is to say if any Freepers know of a "safe house" for The Agency, or FBI, or maybe another agency, keep your eyes on it. Do you see any White House folks getting hustled in there?
