I would prefer constitutional carry in all states. The only caveat being that if you're carrying you have to let the police officer know immediately.

A lot of "patriots" think that caveat is unconstitutional as well and I'm fine with not having that stipulation as long as people who carry concealed are fine with me reacting how I must when you don't tell me you're carrying. This isn't 1795, there are a lot of police officers who die from people illegally carrying firearms and I've seen a lot of the videos of them dying from people pulling out guns etc.

Apparently a lot of "Patriots" don't want any aspect of safety for the police.

Your attitude in this post probably best illustrates why some here have a problem with you and other police. lot of "patriots" think that caveat is unconstitutional as well and I'm fine with not having that stipulation as long as people who carry concealed are fine with me reacting how I must when you don't tell me you're carrying.

All police act the same to us whether we are armed or not, you think we are the enemy. By your reasoning all civilians should look at all police as the enemy. There are a lot of civilians who die at the hand of police. If the police had to live by the same rules as the citizen then you would understand what the real problem is.

I understand the sentiment when applied to a person you suspect, for whatever reason, is a thug. But if you approach every citizen with that "I gotta do what I gotta do" attitude of superiority, you are going to be making enemies, where you could be making friends and allies.

Your posts have the same effect, but you're anonymous here, and the only thing you risk is people posting derogatory remarks about your character or ignoring you.

Well it’s mighty damn obvious many “Police” don’t mind sacrificing any aspect of safety for Patriots.

Tell me...how do you rationalize “innocent until proven guilty” when deception is often integral to building a prosecution? Doesn’t lying and or psychological manipulation of a suspect for the purpose of gathering evidence presuppose guilt by definition?
