I will agree with you, that's how it would of went based on your own perception. Unfortunately you too failed to listen to the first 10 seconds of the video which explained why the officer was on the scene of that four lane highway.........

because a lot of calls are made, doesn’t mean he can violate the constitutional rights of a citizen.
