At least I would have the option of moving to/living in a state that most reflected my moral and political viewpoints. So, you want innocent human life protected only by travel inconvenience, rather than by the full force of American law and justice.

The federal Law or state Law? I take my chance on state law. Yes, that means you can move to suit your morality.
