You have answered your own logical question actually. The Constitution does not define “personhood”. That’s the crack in the door the pro-choice crowd kicked in.

Isn't every person entitled to LIFE, liberty and the persuit of happiness? That phrase appears in the Declaration of Independence, which although a brilliant, needed, and inspiring document, does not have the status in law which is held by the Constitution.
