...as for baseline, i vote for 2006. as silverleaf pointed out, the 2006 budget BALANCES with current income.
our Founding Fathers only put permission for the government to borrow money, for EMERGENCIES, like WARS.
...never for perpetual debt, to be passed on to posterity!
