Especially if you aren't weaponized.

We were weaponized just fine but we didn't have any a/c. The first couple of days after Ike the temperature was fairly cool ......... but then, the heat came back and it was awful!

I am so spoiled I'll admit it, I grew up without a/c but I'm old now and I NEED it! LOL!
