The Democratic Party, as we have known it for the past 70 years, is now in its last days

I remeber reading much the same thing when Carter was in the White House...that "it will be 100 years before another Democrat gets elected President".

Didn't take 100 years to get Clinton.

That’s right, around 2003-2004-2005 we heard all sorts of arrogant claims that the Democrat Party was almost dead, would never win another National Election, had become obsolete, etc,,,.

And then came 2006, 2008.

Never grow overconfident or complacent. It is THE fastest way to lose.

Yes, and who do we have to thank for that? Answer: the sorry assed Republicans like Boner, Cantor and McCarthy. The “It’s my turn” leadership like that old worthless fossil, John McLame!. The damned Tea Party folks in the Congress better not cave, or I am for throwing them out in 2012 along with the rest of the RATs.
