Yes Mam,
I’ll gather my mule and my whoe’s and head back to de plantation
Any Republican representative worth his/her salt will tell Johnny that they were elected to represent the people of their district not to follow his orders.
Almost all the conservatives in the House are Tea Party Favorites. To answer your question with a question: What's the problem with the rest of the Republican Party?
They seem to be having a problem deciding if they are conservative patriots or progressive, which shouldn't be a problem because the differences between the two are phenomenal. There is unity among the conservatives...It's the progressives that seem to waiver where their loyalties lie.
The question The RINO’s should be asking is: Do they care about the Constitution? I think the answer to that question is already clear to those paying close attention.
Perhaps you should get smarter about what is POSSIBLE in this environment.
I’m sure you’d prefer he write a bill outlawing Democrats and firing Obama, but that won’t get very far either.
It’s nice that Demint is playing Bad Cop, so the libs know they won’t get a better offer. But to believe a more conservative bill can pass the Senate and be signed by Obama, is to live in fantasy land.
I hadn't heard about this. Are you talking actual protests? Is it isolated to a few cities, or is it more wide spread?
Yeah Boehner, get tough with OUR party, now try some of that with obama and maybe we will think you have grown a pair.

They need to unseat this gaydar pinging, cringe before Obama, curse the other Representative, hollow clothing store mannikin that cries real tears when its string is pulled.
“Yeah Boehner, get tough with OUR party, now try some of that with obama and maybe we will think you have grown a pair.”
He is the trustee, the kapo, the overseer. A classic Vichy Republican. He needs to be removed from the speakership, ASAP.
Have to be honest - I’m not certain I would get a good deal if I hired Boehner to negotiate a deal on a used car for me. I think he should have demanded more, dug in, held his ground, and fired up a communications effort to the American people. The budget issue is just that serious, it’s worthy of a long hard fight.
I acknowledge that I’m just a Monday morning QB, but do believe I’ve got some skin in the game.
“Boehner has been in Wash, DC 25 yrs”
Therein lies the problem...

Al Franken Joshes on Senate Floor: ‘WELCOME TERRORISTS’...
For a moment Wednesday, Al Franken looked like he was back on the set of Saturday Night Live and not on the floor of the U.S. Senate. In a speech explaining that there would be no money to pay for military and security personnel if Congress doesnt pass a bill increasing the debt ceiling by Aug. 2, Franken unveiled a large poster in the chamber that said, Welcome Terrorists.

Perhaps you should get less servile about accepting your limits from your masters. Nothing is POSSIBLE to the servile, except more acquiescence and obsequious praise.
McCain Blasts Tea Party House Members from the Senate Floor

Mr. McCain mocked Tea Party-allied Republicans in the House for believing wrongly, he said that President Obama and Democrats will get the blame for a default if Republicans refuse to increase the nations debt ceiling. By that flawed logic, Democrats would have no choice but to pass a balanced budget amendment and reform entitlements and the Tea Party Hobbits could return to Middle Earth, he said, quoting a Wall Street Journal editorial. This is the kind of crack political thinking that turned Sharron Angle and Christine ODonnell into G.O.P. nominees, he jeered, referring to two losing Tea Party candidates for the Senate in 2010.

You're making too much sense.
As usual Democrats are dividing Republicans against themselves and laughing at the results.
I've come to the conclusion some people are suicidal/homicidal.
Rather than 'win' this battle & keep a stalemate until 2012 can elect more Republicans to do what needs doing, they're looking to blow things up and ensure a Obama/Reid/Pelosi victory through at least 2017.
It's the definition of insanity.
Rush keeps talking up the Nov 2010 election but they weren't so great as to swing the Senate. He's smarter than this. He knows the limits of only having the House. Now he's threatening a third-party running on the Right in 2012!
Do not let the Democrats use the Tea Party to destroy America, to be used as radicalized scapegoats.
DO NOT PLAY INTO THEIR HANDS.
That's the only way to reconcile the difference in scoring; and, it comports with the federal politicians' view of the word "cut." Only in the parasite class known as politicians, an increase in spending is a cut in spending.
See how smug you are if we end up with Reid’s plan shoved down our throat, because we couldn’t get enough votes for Boehner’s plan.
E-mails to Boehner don't even warrant a reply from his office. I agree with you 100%. The GOP is Ignoring the Tea Party completely and the overwhelming number of voters supporting it. Boehner's statement to Rush was an eye-opener. RINOs are definitely running the GOP show without any competition whatsoever (they are ignoring the Tea Party completely). The 2012 election candidate is probably already a done deal.
They are trying to wipe our minds free of what happened in the 2010 elections.
They need a reminder that WE are still here and WE will still be there in 2012.
