Of course this brings up the question, just what
does he think he is going to do. We could really
be facing a constitutional crisis depending on what
it is.
The only constitutional crisis is the govt spending money not in the congressional budget via not passing a budget and using continuing resolutions.
This is his signal that he will raise the debt ceiling on his own. And, man, how MUCH will raise it!
