My error, Doc. Simiarities and associations (and not reading the entire article) led me to jump too soon.

i tried to get the SWBV's site up but no joy. But If you remember, Kerry was in and out of country (short time) and back in the world as Naval Reserve. However he wasn't released after his six year obligation nor did he resign his comission. He was still in well into Carter's administration. Legal Hold I suspect.
