After bobbing-and-weaving for nine minutes, Carney finally says what everybody knows: the president won’t put his plan on paper because he doesn’t want it to become “politically charged” before a compromise can be reached. Just hours after urging compromise...
One good thing we know for sure will come out of this is that in the end, Obama will come out looking like a giant jackass. A lot of GOP congrescritters will too, but they won't be running for president.
