No, actually the wall does not exist. It is a figment of those on the far right wing, clinging to their guns and Bibles - and in this case the very CONCEPT of a wall.

You won't be moving wall one without filing a complete environmental impact statement first.
You're also going to have to fund a study to determine whether the wall at its present location is historically significant in some way; as well as finding out whether anything of historical disgnificance has ever occurred at the proposed new location for the wall.
