Three squares a day plus TV, probably internet access, books to read, air conditioning, hot showers, (ummmm I don’t know about that one but I digress) hell, for some folks you can’t beat that. I know folks in rural Arkansas that don’t have all those amenities.

Yeah, I’m guessing you’re right. Maybe he was trespassing in the parking garage in the first place to find a cool, shady, safe shelter for awhile. Jail might look like a pretty good place to some guys.
