So how does the players negotiate without being recertified?

Speaking of greedy, we had a housing shortage here before a flood took out 4000 homes last month. People are complaining that “greedy” apartment owners are charging too much for rent on their properties so poor people can’t afford to rent them. I try to explain that supply and demand sets the price. They wouldn’t be charging their rates if no one was meeting their price.

I also add that a great opportunity exists for those gripers to build apartment houses so they can rent to others at cost or below because they are such wonderful people.
