Well, there's all sorts of places along the border from WA to da UP and NYS through Me. Lower altitudes --> less winter.

Canada seems to be getting it's act together and shines much brighter than it did over many of the last decades.

yes on Canada = especially NS, NB. Laid back - much like 60 yrs ago here... and they seem to be pulling back from the brink while we seem hell bent on going over...
