I know!!! The guy is a genius!!
FMCDH(BITS)
It would have but, as the article said, an x-ray was the last thing they did and only after the parents got aggressive about it. There are two reasons there that this will get worse under 0bamacare. One, there will be more pressure not to use expensive diagnostic tools and two, doctors will be even less aware (a problem cited in the article) due to good doctors leaving medicine and lowered academic standards.
One of my Nephews turned 3 a few months ago, and all four of his Uncles were on the floor playing with Noah’s new Matchbox stuff while Noah was content watching us haggle and eating some birthday cake...
Nice idea but mnay other household items have these batteries too.My blod gluclose monitor uses one and I could not not have that in the house. Many of the small household clocks use button batteries.Best to just be aware of what hs them and not alow the child access to them alone.
The fact is that you MUST WATCH YOUR KIDS and pay attention to what they are doing. YOU! Not the government.
>>...and especially not on the floor!<<
I can relate to that floor thing. I slid my bare foot just over the carpet in a room and caught a toothpick that got halfway embedded into my big toe. I had to go to the emergency room and get surgery to get it removed. Even after insurance it cost me $1,200.
Heck...I’d of taken that out for $750 total.

Sure, but you probably use a butter knife.
Naw...totally professional.
I’ll be frank - I didn’t click through - but x-rays are such a cheap, standard, procedure. For them to not do an xray, even in a child, seems strange to me.
I agree. I think it’s absurd that they didn’t.
