The Burrs contend signs supporting a school or team are visible throughout the neighborhood.

Given that other signs are acceptable, seems to me like the HOA has lost the right to disallow the Burr's sign

If the sort of signery that’s allowed is listed in the HOA rules, the Burrs might or might not have a chance with similar signs that aren’t in the blessed list.
