For me, at least, the only “suspicious” thing about this document is that it seems he plagiarized large segments of the Unabomber manifesto, and quotes extensively from the blogger known as ‘fjordman’. The parts about conducting asymmetric warfare seem to be his additions.

He says he spent nine years in the planning and execution of this attack, which is supposed to be the spark that ignites the “conservative revolution”.

I’m not inclined in any way towards conspiracy theories. I accept this as his work, his thoughts, and his sincere statement of the necessity to fight for Western Civilization. It is his (twisted) thought; I take the man at his word (though apparently heavily plagiarized). Tomorrow, as per his attorney, he will no doubt have plenty to say at his first court appearance.

He does speak English apparently, he was a diplomat at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in London.
