And worshipping on a set day does not mean you’re worshipping the day itself.

Which should cause you some concern because he never tells you which day. He only tells you to rest on the 7th day. The Seventh Day Adventist belief is based solely on the current practices of the Jews, not Scripture.
Your faith is in the consistency of the Jews from the time of Moses in the Wilderness, not the Scripture.
