But, book The Third Terrorist, Jayna Davis lays out a pretty strong case that McVeigh WAS acting in concert with Islamic Terrorists.

I have always been amazed how FAST McVeigh was put to death! I still think it was to make sure he NEVER talked! I read that book. I think I’ll read it again!
Actually, they (MSM) are not shifting it to "lone crazy" in Norway. They are shifting it to a "Christian fundamentalist" (that's the most commonly used label I've seen in MSM). There lies a main difference, and it may be significant as to whether the Conservative Party will win the next election in Norway or not.

I suspect we may never know All the facts & we may end up having real proof that the Norwegian (Breivik) had or didn't have links to Islamic terrorists. But, he, as it stands, evidently, had issues, here too, himself.
Besides, most "terrorists", Islamic or not, to pull something of the nature that Breivik did, are often recruited, Or act alone, not because they're poor, impulsive, or stupid. Usually, the opposite is true.
The other thing to watch out for may be that in an attempt to link Breivik to Islamic terrorists, w/out proof, we may end up causing more public harm, fear, confusion, paranoia & mistrust, because it suggests that even a born & raised person of European heritage has to be viewed w/ suspicion because of potential links to Islamic terrorists. Now, I think that's really giving the Islamists what they want in term of spreading Fear. A psychological advantage at least.
On the morning of the OKC blast, I was watching ABC when they said that police were looking for “Six men with swarthy complexions, of Middle Eastern extraction who were seen fleeing the area in blue jogging suits”.

Not the first time the FBI has screwed up! We had two people murdered by having their throats cut north of here. Some man from the Carolinas was implicated in their murder. Money was found wrapped in celophane and it was sent to the FBI lab to check the celophane for fingerprints The idiots at the FBI thought they wanted the money checked, so they destroyed the celophane wrapper.
The perp walked for lack of evidence. No celophane, no fingerprints.
We need to know if he traveled to Pakistan, if he had any Islamic associations, if he had viewed Islamic terror websites or conversed with Muslim terrorists.
The Facebook page is obviously a manipulation — in English, no friends — but that could fit into the story that he is a lone crazy.

I can understand people (myself too) wondering, and don’t doubt whatsoever that AQ and/or other Islamic terrorist groups have recruited white Americans & Europeans over the years.
I was referring specifically to Breivik’s case, more so because it is such a public, high profile case, and as far as I know, first of its kind, in recent yrs, for a European to commit such mass murder.
To try to link him, w/out proof & prematurely to Islamic terrorists is playing into the hands of the Islamic terrorist groups. As it stands, these Islamic groups try to claim responsibility for anything & everything that they perceive to give them an advantage. Their aim is not only to cause physical damage by killing people, but also instil fear, so that they can intimidate politicians & the public alike to get what they want. That’s why I think caution is required.

Sorry, I disagree. There are plenty of indications & insight so far into Breivik’s motivation & personality, beyond he saying that he is anti-immigration, anti-Islam, anti-multiculturalism, and anti-Marxist. He holds “the left” or what he calls “Marxists”, primarily, responsible for starting & feeding the moslem immigration & multiculturalism in Norway & generally Europe. That’s his rationale for attacking the office of the Norwegian Labour PM & then shooting teenagers in the summer camp which belonged to the leftist, labour party.
They are now awaiting medical (I assume it means psychiatric) assessment of Breivik.
