I think it is a media dodge to avoid identifying criminals with any particular race. Censorship if you please! Here where I live they just grabbed a mob of seven robbers that had been operating for a while. They would not give the names due to "the sensitive nature of the ongoing investigation an increasingly common phrase." It was in the black part of town.

The media has recognized that even though they stopped reporting the race of criminal arrestees people were picking up the bizarre spellings; i.e. "Taliessha," etc. etc.

The coalition that is just coming into power is frightened that is why the rule is developing not to identify black assailants. People make laws and rules against that which they fear.
