So what’s different today? When was the last time the Senate actually worked, WW2? But he IS right, any bill addressing taxes and/or spending MUST constitutionaly orgininate in the House. The House just needs to keep sending the CCB back to the Senate on a daily basis, along with repealing DeathCare and inundating the Senate with mundane bills that require approval.
The House should add a clause that says that senators who vote against CCB will be financially responsible for any deficit accumulated from the time of the introduction of CCB until it finally passes.
