Not to mention those that are openly gay serving in combat units. When they get captured, or sent in first etc. I suspect that this will be an experiment that doesn’t end well.
This thing may have a silver lining—could make small unit actions less depressing.

If the point is that homosexuals are less tough, I know some folks who might be able to alter your thinking on the subject.
I understand the belief that gays shouldn’t be in the military (even though I disagree. They have the same right to fight for their country as heterosexuals), but when you call them out as being less tough than you are, you are trying to assert your own “manliness”, which brings your manliness into question.
