Arrest - convict - deport.
Repeat as necessary.
If the courts don’t stop this non-sense, they will eventually be bloodshed. People in the country are sliding into an abyss and this crap is going to push some over the edge.
All frivolous cases should be tossed out of court....any lawyer encouraging one of these suits should be tossed also...........Judges--beware!
“Arrest - convict - deport.
Repeat as necessary.”
For these infractions, I’d just settle for arrest - deport. Don’t waste money on the conviction.
“The lawsuit also asks the court to declare unconstitutional a state law preventing day laborers from soliciting jobs from the street”

See my tagline.
Ping!
