Who the hell was the reporter who looked at that building and sent in a report of “some broken windows”? This was a BIG bomb.
BTW, that seems to be an entirely different building than the two seen in the photo from an earlier post.

And apparently inside. Imagine the size to get windows on multiple floors!
Maybe a bangelore in an elevator shaft? That would get multiple floors.
I hope the initial reports of few injuries are correct. If the building was fully populated the death/injury toll will be large.
Looks like a car bomb or somesuch has gone off.
