I would seriously check to see if there are any unsolved murders or missing persons reports that may have been filed in the last few years during this guys shift in his patrol area.
Any Defense Attorney who handled a case where this guy was involved in any way now has grounds for an appeal. Statements could have been coerced and the search of the vehicle was illegal. He’s done a lot of damage to the reputation of the police force; not just in that area, but around the country.
