Yep, the fix is in. The 47 Reps in the Senate can vote for cut, cap, and balance and it will go down to defeat. Then the real deal that has already been agreed to will be proposed. These a$$holes must think we are really stupid.

Time for a third party.

Burn up the phone lines on Friday. Reid would not be rushing this vote if he were not nervous of Democratic defections.

Let these senators know they will pay a political price in 2012 and 2014 if they oppose CCB.

This is what likely happened: Boehner wants to get the No votes on record for the 2012 campaign. As part of the deal to eventually caving to Obama, he demanded CCB up for a vote in the senate and then he would renegotiate (cave) with Obama after it gets shot down.
