Deputy Fuhrers.....weren’t Goering, Bormann also considered *deputy* Fuhrers??? By 1940, Hess was third in command behind Herman Goering.

I don’t believe anyone besides Hess ever held the title Deputy Fuhrer. He did fall from grace as time went on, but he was still a key man.
