It is good to see them going after foreign funding in many areas. This is a big part of redistributing wealth away from the United states. These cuts should be prioritized over social security.

At this time one of his first executive orders was to fund international abortions. An early indications of his leadership priorities
I think the very first executive order was banning release of his background records.
