Hay!Why not do it?The stupid governor in Connecticut did it and Connecticut’s budget has been blown out of the water.Not only are they cutting services for handicapped people but they are raising taxes on everything.

As a Texas I am ashamed to say that Texas provides in-state tuition for ILLEGALS.... Gov. Perry continues to support this while he pays lip service to stopping illegal immigration! He is going to have to answer this dilema if he runs for President as it will definately be brought up by one of the others at a debate...I’m betting only Herman Cain would have the gonads to call him on it!!
