Ok, I intentionally didn't read the full article, because, from the excerpt, all I can deduce is that some people working for the utilities are conservatives.

I mean, all it says is "violent extremists" without further description.

Alright, I just read the full article and ... no significant change to my prior comment.

I did, however, find it curious that the subjects in question are described in the article alternately as first "outsiders", and then "insiders" without explaining what the heck they mean by either term

(especially "outsiders" ..... "outsiders"??!? Is that something like "die Judenvolk" or are we talking space aliens ... what, exactly does "outsiders" mean?)
