You just stated what I have been thinking about a physical border fence. It would restrict Texans, their cattle and our game animals from that water. I am not suggesting we do nothing and I am not suggesting I have a plan but that land right up to the center of the Rio Grande belongs to Texans.

I don't suggest do nothing either and I think if Arizona or New Mexico want a fence, go for it but to have people 3000 miles away tell us a border fence in Texas is a must or your some open borders Rino is what comes out a bulls ass.

If the people up north wanting a fence want it bad enough we would have to build it in Mexico and form a demilitarized zone and risk war and sanctions.
