I agree. I want a principled conservative who can influence others. Just voting no isn’t enough. It is certainly better than most of the other bozo’s up there - granted - but nowhere near Reagan territory and what I am looking for in a Presidential candidate. Bachmann has been a disappointment thus far. And I don’t see her as VP because she doesn’t bring any electoral votes to the mix.

Here's the timeline:

Extols the virtues of the bill.

Signs a pledge to vote yes BUT adds a line about Obamacare

Bill clearly doesn't address Obamacare so she has her way 'out'.

It’s coming down to Herman Cain or, if he runs, Perry.

Only those two have the persuasive yet appealing type of personality to do the job.

I like Bachmann, but I am beginning to think she doesn’t have the stones.

Palin might have the ability to persuade, but I doubt she’ll run at this point.
