The point is that every single POLITICIAN has made some kind of decision we can find fault with. And whether or not Perry or Cain or Bachmann deserve anyone's support, the critiques have risen to the level that NOBODY can pass muster anymore.

I hope you're just expressing an opinion and not trying to lecture others here.

I agree with your statement and find the purists occasionally annoying. I can't help but wonder if these are the people who worship their politicians, so they perceive their object of worship as perfect and all others are simply not to be considered.

To me, they all have their good and bad points, just like any human being.

Right now, the only person running for the GOP nomination I absolutely will not vote for is Romney.

Well, I wouldn't vote for Gingrich, Paul or Huntsman either, but there's no chance any of them will get the nomination.

Exactly that.

I'm concerned about self-professed conservatives who would prefer the Perfect Marxist instead of the Imperfect Republican.
