What people should be wondering is WHY do these globalists hate human beings? Why do they want to eradicate so much of the population? Speed the exit of the elderly and infirm, kill the ones about to get born, and lock the door to conception.

Because a population that reaches critical mass will have more power than the world government. It's easier to control a population of 500 million than it is 10 billion.
When a population reaches or surpasses critical mass, THEY become the masters and the governments once again become the public servants. Those in power are trying to stop the numbers from getting high enough to do that. They like being the masters.
