My wife's master is bad ass former RKO Green Beret but the sport is about conditioning as much as anything else and lots of kids and women.
Woulda taken a .01% type woman to fight the brutal karate styles that hit in the late 60s/early 70s when I was boxing myself course..it's a business now....women and kids don't want to get stitches and teeth knocked out and hurt but back in my day it was about learning to fight...and do it with discipline.. shoinru was the meditative style but as I recall when TKD first hit here 35 years ago or so it too was more fight oriented? anyhow...it gives my wife a rocking bod..

Except for the one young broad with the Michelle Obama eyebrows. She thought she was doing a gig on Masterpiece Theater. Her questions were so lengthy and convoluted, and she appeared most self-important while asking them.
If I were Murdoch the Young,I would have asked her: “Would you please repeat the question?”
