And when the Stalinist rodents achieve that goal, the collapse of California will be complete.

And the Dems will have complete ownership of the collapse.

Let California be an object lesson. Let America watch and learn.

You think so? They'll just hit DC (IOW, the other 49 states) up to bail them out. If Soetoro wins reelection, it will happen.
This whole debt “crisis” now is being used as a trial balloon for crap like CA that's waiting down the road, IMO.

Is there a way to kick a State out of the Union? If you find one, use it on Texas. Please.

One can only hope the collapse will be swift, devastating, and complete. OTOH, one would have to believe the citizens of CA including democrats, are complete and utter idiots to allow such a takeover.
Time will tell. I’m in with the citizens winning this one.

“Is there a way to kick a State out of the Union?”
Some of us have been wondering about this for a while now.
I don't see why a POTUS couldn't expel a state, for example (assuming s/he has a willing Congress, SCOTUS and military to back him/her).

Elections have consequences. The Democrats have a strangle hold over California and that means that they can gerrymander ‘Pubbies right out their districts.
I wish the ‘Pubbie majority in Georgia would ruthlessly gerrymander Democrats out of their seats. Unfortunately, I think we had it over some sort of “non-partisan” council.

I was shocked, in the opposite of your thought, unexpressed, until I looked at the screen name.

Where is the evidence that the people of CA can understand fiscal issues?
To: SmithL
that’s why conspiracy theories about Democrats always gain traction. They’ve shown they are capable of just about anything where power is concerned.

A People’s Socialist Dictatorship for California. This is also what the Demonrats seek nation-wide. And evolving demographics seem to favor that eventuality.

In California we already have the highest income taxes, sales taxes, and gasoline taxes. The next thing coming will be a wealth tax on assets. If you stay in California long enough they will take everything that you have. It will be “for the children.”

Nice follow-up from yesterday's discussion. I hope it happens..then they'll "own" it all..the implosion fo California will resemble the fall of Rome...you'll see "legal" looting..as Dems hand out $$$ to their spcial interests..agree to egregious labor contracts...and when soon after, they can't roll over a bond, let alone issue a new on..well then..jig's up...
let it happen sooner rather than later..after all..we don't want to keep "kicking Canifornia (G) down the road...

No bailout can save this State. The communists and illegals own it. It is a State of weak fools that suck on the teat of those that are trying to keep the State from collapse. Screw these idiots.
