I’m not worried about the football necessarily. I trust the Joint Chiefs to give proper advice in that respect.
Migraines can significantly impact one’s ability to make even basic decisions. I think many on this thread are not giving enough consideration to the potential consequences of a POTUS with debilitating migraines.

I don’t doubt that might be true for some.
On the other hand, I suffer from a type of migraine that is much less debilitating - a vision thing, not pain. And I’ve several in-laws who suffer from the worse kinds. But who have found increasing relief through various avoidance techniques, treatments, meds, magnets, moonbeams or whatever.
They all lead productive lives.
If Bachmann shows any signs of such frailty during this looooong election season, I might start to be mildly concerned.
Otherwise, I’m not.
Like I say, she could keel over dead as prez at just about any moment and America will be just fine.
