Santorum is saying the same thing and giving California as his example. There seems to be a little truth in opposite opinions every once in awhile. I don’t pretend to know which is true. But I do know mankind can screw up a perfect balance. He has before.
My own understanding is that if it is to be a clean bill, meant to hang Obama, he can then turn around with free reign to pile on. This would be unacceptable, especially for those of us who do believe Obama knows exactly what he is doing and that the delay and obfuscation aids him in bringing this country down by purposely breaking her.

We should stop all foreign aid to any nation not specificalloy allied with us, and then only when there is reciprocal help coming our way. We should stop all research into non-critical issues...like the mating habits of some snail. End the rediculous research going on trying to determine which of our hyrdo plants and dams to take down to help some locally endangered fish, like a sucker fish. Etc., etc., ad nausium.
End the endowment of the arts, let public trusts and firms fund that sort of thing. End the department of education and stop printing books for local school districts trying to teach kids to accept all sorts of preversion in the name of diversity.
There are hundred sof billions to save...right now, with which all talk of default can and should end. we can see this...every day Americans and we damnd now that these vipers stop the bleeding and destruction of our economy...because that is exaclty what these socio-marxists are about.
Stop it...or get the boot and run out of town on a rail.

Vote down the traitorous McConnell Plan, it’s total surrender. If you vote yes for Cut, Cap and Balance and then voting Yes for McConnell is playing both sides of the fence. No more of that garbage, you vote for one or the other Republicans, vote for McConnell cancels the 1st vote.
