There were times these last 3 weeks where it felt like we were trying to make some fish and a couple loaves of bread go an awful long way.
But 3 weeks of: boots on the gound, fingers on the keyboard, and good old fashioned volunteerism paid off big time this weekend!
Victory Film Group’s The Undefeated opened on Friday July 15, 2011 and ended up having an average gross of $6570 per theater. If that wasn’t enough to convince the dwindling sceptics: The Undefeated was ahead of EVERY movie except Harry Potter!
Organize4Palin (O4P) CA volunteers have worked double time these last 3 weeks to help coordinate success for this ground breaking (game-changing?) documentary chronicling the rise and battles Sarah Palin has faced in her 20 year political career.
Ever the prudent fiscal conservatives; O4P CA was able to generate fantastic box-office results in Orange, CA with practically no marketing money.
Gals & Guys: When we stand together in solidarity…we win!
By using Facebook, Twitter, Email, and the telephone volunteers successfully mobilized people to the theater.
Friday started with an O4P CA Tailgate in the parking lot at The Block in Orange.
Using the standard O4P fiscally prudent approach to politicking; we mobilized and notified ticket holders (of the 7pm show) that we would be in the parking lot.
The 1st 100 people with tickets (and to be honest a few others who just happened to be there, and just happened to want to know how to get Sarah Palin into the White House) received free souvenir Undefeated buttons.
We registered new O4P volunteers, passed out O4P resources, answered questions about Sarah Palin, and recruited a lot of new patriotic David’s looking for a sling shot to smack Goliath right between the eyes with.
Talking to people is so very powerful. Talking to people is our greatest opportunity. Talking to people is where we take our limited amount of fish and bread and turn it into a feast.
At 9pm O4P CA had a Meet-up/After Party at El Torito right across from the theater.
Energized, empowered, and reinforced from seeing The Undefeated O4P CA invaded, occupied and seized control of El Torito’s massive back patio.
Our O4P registration forms doubled as raffle tickets too!
Tammy Bruce who stars in The Undefeated not only attended the O4P CA meet up she also donated (and signed) five copies of her book, The Death of Right and Wrong.
Thank you Tammy Bruce!
Susan and Ray from O4P CA San Francisco’s Essex & Orange 1773 donated two gift bags (including the iconic GAME ON! T-Shirt), two boxes of buttons, and two packs of bumper stickers for the raffle!
Ray and his partner flew down from San Francisco to attend the event, see the movie, bring the gift bags, and donate some posters from the Essex & Orange 1773 free download section.
(NOTE: when Emailed to your local Mom & Pop print shop, and printed out on foam board, these FREE POSTERS are beyond perfect to take with you to Tea Party’s, O4P Meet-Ups, etc. These free images can be used for cards, posters, stickers, flyers, etc. If you are not familiar with the Essex & Orange 1773 FREE DOWNLOAD SECTION you need to be; it is a priceless resource in the coming battle)
Thank you Susan, Ray, & Keith!
Right before the raffle began we took advantage of having such a large group together and we taped a Public Service Announcement.
It is a plea to Sarah Palin during our countries most desperate hour. A nation in need is calling upon Mrs. Palin to pick up the torch and continue the fight.
The fight that began with Washington, was a fight endured by Lincoln, and advanced by Reagan.
Now it is your turn to fight.
To lead us in this fight we need a leader with a steel spine and a servants heart.
We need Sarah Palin.

Coming together with other people like we did shows us and reminds us of what we are now called upon to do.
We must be empowered with confidence, inspired to get involved, and prepared for action.
You are important. You matter. Ordinary people and concerned samaritans across our country must come together to defend our liberty, our freedom, and our responsibilities.
Now is the time to get people registered with O4P in your local community.
Every able body will be needed if we are to win this battle.
It starts with you, it starts now.
Contact your local O4P State Coordinator and find out what you can do to help them.
If the last 3 weeks are any indication, we can expect great things from our CA volunteers.
If we work hard enough in California we will see Reagan Country rise again!
